Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst specializing in Commercial Finance that will be responsible for various activities including analysis, budgeting, modeling, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting to provide decision support to the Leadership Team. In this role, no day will look the same, but you can expect to work on our pricing strategy across the portfolio, evaluate new product launches, and analyze monthly performance. You also will have the ability to own complex processes and contribute to a team environment. You will work within a collaborative finance team, gaining exposure to strategic projects and cross-functional teams. What you’ll do Prepare and distribute regular performance reports and financial updates to internal stakeholders Own our pricing process and work with IT and Customer Service to implement any price changes Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for multiple different projects Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by compiling and validating data Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for key business drivers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input for financial models and reports Participate in the consolidation of financial information across business units Perform ad hoc financial analyses and support special projects as needed Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve financial planning processes and reporting tools All other duties as assigned Who you are Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field 1-3 years of proven experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related area Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills and understanding of financial models You have solid financial and analytical skills and are eager to build on your FP&A experience You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment You are curious and enjoy solving problems with a data-driven mindset Preferred – Knowledge of SAP and Oracle Hyperion/EPM or strong systems aptitude Background in consumer goods or manufacturing industry is a plus What’s in it for you Annual base salary range: $75,000.00- $101,000.00 Bonus target range: 10-20% Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth Time off with pay 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching Paid parental leave Wellness programs and product discounts Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential.
