JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Consolidating and Analyzing Financial Data:

Financial Analysts gather and consolidate financial data, including budgets, income statement forecasts, and other relevant information.
They meticulously analyze this data, taking into account the company’s goals and financial standing.

Providing Creative Alternatives and Recommendations:

These analysts offer creative alternatives to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
They provide recommendations based on their analysis to maximize financial efficiency.

Structuring Sophisticated Reports:

Financial Analysts assemble and summarize data to create sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
These reports aid decision-makers in understanding the company’s financial health.

Developing Financial Models and Conducting Benchmarking:

They create financial models to forecast business outcomes and profits.
Additionally, they conduct benchmarking and process analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Business Studies and Forecast Models:

Financial Analysts perform business studies on past, future, and comparative performance.
They develop forecast models to guide decision-making.

Advising Senior Financial Analysts and Tracking Financial Status:

Based on sound analysis, they advise senior financial analysts and recommend actions.
They also track and determine financial status by comparing actual results with forecasts.
Consulting with

Management and Driving Process Improvement:

These analysts consult with management to influence long-term and strategic decision-making.
They drive process improvement initiatives that impact the function.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst.
Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills. Knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
