POSITION SUMMARY

To support the Finance Manager and Supply Chain Finance team in driving accurate and timely financial reporting, business analytics support, and continuous improvement initiatives

JOB FUNCTION

Job functions include but are not limited to the following: Prepare journal entries, analyses, and reporting in support of month-end and quarter-end close
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging advanced features and capabilities within the company’s supported technologies
Support the Strategic Procurement Initiative reporting process
Perform ad-hoc analytics on supply chain spend
Assist in assigned special departmental projects, as needed
Participate in occasional site visits to GPI mills, plants, and/or third-party warehouses

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or analytics required
3+ years of relevant and progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Business systems and dashboard experience a plus (SAP, Qlik, PowerBI, Alteryx, PowerQuery)

SPECIFIC SKILLS

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
ERP (preferably SAP), SQL, and Power BI experience preferred
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Effective time management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Flexible team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams #

LI-Hybrid Pay Range:
