Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services. This position will be responsible for assisting the Commercial team in gathering, analyzing, and delivering data in service of sales activities. It is imperative to drive the company sales policy through sales lead distribution and other commercial initiatives such as trade lane, vertical, and product promotions disseminated by Commercial Heads. This position can be hybrid or remote work environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Understand the commercial company objectives and utilize industry tools to find and qualify sales leads Utilize company CRM Tool to create and optimize more effective sales processes The Commercial Business Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data to their Commercial Operations management to increase overall sales productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Data analysis:

Must be able to gather and analyze sales business intelligence information using a variety of internal IT systems and applications, mostly the company CRM Presentation communication skills: Communicate key finding and best practices to business unit and site leaders across the organization. Perform additional analysis as required in support of mission-critical business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Analytical writing ability: Must be able to understand complex business operations and disseminate that information to management; providing recommendations on areas of improvement and identifying best practices.

Presentation creation skills:

Must be able to independently create effective and professional PowerPoint presentations with inputs from Sales leadership members. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Excel Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent written and verbal skills Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required College degree or equivalent experience preferred Prior work experience in sales or market analysis role 3 to 5 years’ experience with multinational companies and additional languages are preferred.
