This role offers the opportunity to work on corporate planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, and to drive business growth through financial analysis and insights.

Hybrid (100% onsite during training for 6-8 weeks, then Tuesday

• Thursday onsite and Monday & Friday remote)

Role Summary:

As a Financial Analyst II, you will participate in corporate planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to business and operating teams. You will also contribute to the monthly accounting close and reporting process, and support the finance team’s goal to improve the quality and efficiency of financial information produced.

Responsibilities:

Participate in corporate planning, budgeting, and forecasting Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis Contribute to the monthly accounting close and reporting process Create infrastructure and reporting around tech and tech-dependent initiatives Communicate with initiative owners around actuals tracking and KPI/milestones tracking Create reporting around variance analysis on a monthly or weekly basis

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Tertiary degree in Finance/Commerce 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or management consulting Strong business acumen and commercial awareness Strong desire to learn and grow professionally Commitment to quality and attention to detail

Required Skills/Experience:

Financial analysis and modeling Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles Ability to identify and understand key drivers of business performance Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Other Skills:

Strong relationship, communication, and influencing skills Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate with team and top management effectively
