Operations Processor 3 – Contingent Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Description Lockbox requests are received as change requests. Team members will learn to track requests in multiple systems which includes Excel. You will help maintain reports in Excel and Word Requests are received in AES (Automated Enrollment Solution) across multiple sites. You’ll review the request including attachments to be able to execute the process for the request. MS Word is important in the maintenance of requests process. You’ll will be asked to add information to each request, and at the end of the week balancing requests. There is a larger Lockbox database, it would be great if they are familiar with workflows, customer details, account specifications etc. If they do not have lockbox specific experience, if they have attention to detail along with Excel skills and ability to learn they may be a fit.
