Sr. Financial Analyst Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst for a contract opportunity with a company in metro Atlanta. This role will be supporting the sales team and contributing to various aspects of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, performance metrics & compensation.

Responsibilities:

+ Analyze sales performance, including commission and bonus payouts, to ensure alignment with profitability goals. + Create financial models to measure the impact of incentive structures on revenue growth while identifying trends and areas of improvement. + Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales performance metrics, ROI on commission expenses, and key financial indicators. + Develop and refine commission and bonus structures aligned with organizational and departmental KPIs. + Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, proposing adjustments as necessary to maintain a high-performance sales environment. + Lead forecasting for commission and bonus budgets across sales teams, ensuring accurate expense predictions. + Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to align financial goals with quarterly and annual operational targets. + Design and evaluate KPIs to measure the success of commission and bonus structures. + Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools for tracking individual and team performance in a bonus-driven sales environment. + Use advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to manage and interpret large datasets, including commission payouts.

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. + 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on sales-driven environments and incentive structures. + Strong understanding of commission and bonus modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes. + Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, TM1). + Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. + Knowledge of GAAP principles and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or Oracle. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

+ CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus. + Experience with automation tools to streamline commission tracking and performance reporting. + Knowledge of market trends impacting sales compensation policies and bonus structures.
