Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the integration, validation, and reconciliation of actuals, budgets, and outlooks across ERP and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment.
• Maintain thorough documentation of financial submissions, adjustments, and reconciliations to support internal transparency and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Partner with functional finance team members to consolidate submissions and ensure data is accurately reconciled and aligned across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with business partners on ad hoc requests, data investigations, and issue resolution to improve financial reporting accuracy and system integration.
• Support system go-lives by leading financial data validation efforts across new ERP and reporting tool implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and accurate data migration.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems such as SAP S/4HANA, TM1, Cognos, Apliqo, or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial data flows across systems and the ability to identify and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Familiarity with financial planning processes and system integration during ERP/reporting tool implementations or upgrades.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and consistently meet critical deadlines in a structured financial reporting environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data integrity, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Advanced Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
• SQL or database query skills a plus.

Education:

• Bachelors in Accounting / Finance / IT Systems
• 5-7 years’ work experience in Operational or Group Finance
