Analyst, FP&AWhat We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire an Analyst, FP&A within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Finance line of business and is located in Peachtree Corners, GA. In this role, you will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of company financials and metrics. You will report directly to the Manager, FP&A, and regularly collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams across Corpay. Building and maintaining detailed financial models integrated with data sources for forecasting, reporting, consolidations, and ad-hoc requestsReporting financials to executive management, the parent company (Corpay), and other subsidiaries for GAAP compliance and performance managementAssisting with the preparation and execution of commissions calculations for the sales organization and partnersDeveloping new methods to streamline commissions processesMaintaining and developing commission plans for a business unitProviding regular KPI performance reports with variance analysisSupporting monthly financial close processes and intra-month reportingCreating scheduled reports for performance, forecast, and budgetEnhancing reporting and modeling tools and integrating LOB financialsLeveraging data sources for analysis, modeling, and visualizationParticipating in other projects and duties as assigned Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred1-3+ years of experience in FP&A or related business environmentExperience in Payments, Fintech, or SaaS preferredAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with query languages, ERP systems, and financial planning toolsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesFinancial modeling and scenario analysisStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsBusiness acumen and sound judgmentKnowledge of GAAP, budgeting, and cost controlDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficiency in data analysis tools and financial systemsEffective time and task managementCritical thinking and problem-solvingStrong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of compliance and financial controlsCreativity in process improvement and documentation Benefits & PerksMedical, Dental, & Vision benefits available from the 1st month after hire401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Monthly home internet stipend (for remote employees)Robust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, and volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e., wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerCorpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
