Financial Coordinator Windermere Orthodontics 3120 Mathis Airport Parkway, Suwanee, GA 30024 About us Windermere Orthodontics Our orthodontic practice is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a financial/insurance coordinator. This position is for 32-36 hours/week. Responsibilities include :
- obtaining insurance breakdowns
- filing insurance claims
- working with aging reports to maintain excellent collections
- entering contracts and payments into the practice management system
- balancing end of day
- preparing daily deposits
- answering patient questions about their account Previous experience in finances/banking are preferred.
The ideal individual would be organized, self-motivated, and a team player. Hourly rate starting at $22 /hour. 2 office locations ( Suwanee and Cumming)
