Position Summary Responsible for analyzing actual vs. expected financial performance, explaining variances, and supporting senior management with financial insights and reporting. Creates forecasts, dashboards, and financial models using FP&A tools and coordinates the annual budgeting process. Key Responsibilities Analyze and consolidate monthly earnings reports, identify trends and anomalies, and present findings to senior leadership. Prepare and maintain internal financial reports and materials for executive presentations. Build and maintain financial models for forecasting revenue and expenses. Ensure budget and forecast accuracy by coordinating input from financial stakeholders. Support development of dashboards and reports in FP&A software. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2-3 years in financial analysis and planning Strong Excel skills, financial modeling, and time management Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
