Job Description:

The Margin & Reporting Analyst position will perform the following duties: Coordination of Field Requests

• Work with multiple departments to determine reporting needs and create reports based on requested information. Requires strong communication and organizational skills. Also requires a strong understanding of accounting as well as disclosure requirements. Must possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Reporting Administration
• includes system and report maintenance. Requires knowledge of multiple report writing systems including Power BI as well as coding in DAX and SQL. Weekly and Monthly Reporting
• includes preparing weekly and monthly reports as well as verifying product price accuracy.

Must possess excellent problem solving/critical thinking skills to get any issues resolved quickly as well as strong organizational and communication skills as this position works with many departments at the local and corporate level. Requires strong computer and spreadsheet skills and a good general accounting understanding. Must pay close attention to detail and understand importance of deadlines. Margin responsibilities include assisting in monitoring costs and pricing of products by category to ensure profit expectations while growing sales. Monitor pricing and margin standards on new and existing items. Enter and monitor street deviations for Area Managers in support of sales growth and profitability expectations.

System/Pricing Maintenance:

Set up and maintain independent street sales bids and contracts. Assist in performing ad hoc financial analysis. Assists in administering discount initiatives and programs. Performs other duties as assigned. This position will be on-site.

Qualification:
