Responsibilities:
Work with Sales and Director of Customer Finance to develop and manage 3rd party finance programs to maximize sales and drive cash & recurring revenue.
Report on performance of Accounts Receivable and external finance programs monthly & quarterly.
Prepare monthly forecast for cash receipts.
Collaborate with Account Administrators to drive performance vs forecast.
Assist with dispute resolution and improvements in business processes.
Analyze bad debt on a monthly basis to book adequate reserve for doubtful accounts.
Underwrite open account credit applications and conduct annual account reviews to mitigate risk while supporting sales growth.
Conduct month-end journal entries and reconciliations as required by Director of Finance.
Other duties as required to manage risk and drive cash.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field required
Years of Experience:
0-2 years of finance/accounting experience required
Experience in underwriting commercial equipment credit and general accounting experience preferred
General accounting knowledge and experience in contract review preferred
Software Knowledge:
SAP, Microsoft Office Suite
