Must-haves to apply for this job: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work on multiple tasks on tight deadlines Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills Professional and personable demeanor Trade promotion management system experience What this job is all about: This position is responsible for monitoring all systems related to accounts receivable Trade Promotion Management. In addition, this person will be responsible for handling the customer credit application process and various accounting duties. In this job, you’ll do things like: Ensure the accuracy of, and maintain, all systems related to Accounts Receivable and Trade Promotion Management Analyze contracts entered in TPM for proper coding and approval to ensure financial statement integrity Analyze trade promotions Analyze deductions for trends and notify sales managers of irregularities Analyze and maintain the daily order list Run credit reports on customers as needed Perform monthly accounting duties Provide monthly reports to managers Handle overflow of customer service duties Prepare audit workpapers and other related schedules to support and contribute to the annual audit Other great stuff about this job: Be part of the Accounting and Finance team responsible for financial transactions from around the globe!
