This position is responsible for monitoring all systems related to accounts receivable Trade Promotion Management. In addition, this person will be responsible for handling the customer credit application process and various accounting duties.

Ensure the accuracy of, and maintain, all systems related to Accounts Receivable and Trade Promotion ManagementAnalyze contracts entered in TPMfor proper coding and approval to ensure financial statement integrityAnalyze trade promotionsAnalyze deductions for trends and notify sales managers of irregularitiesAnalyze and maintain the daily order listRun credit reports on customers as neededPerform monthly accounting dutiesProvide monthly reports to managersHandle overflow of customer service dutiesPrepare audit workpapers and other related schedules to support and contribute to the annual auditOther great stuff about this job:[]{style=”font-s”}
