1453 Job Function – Reviews borrower organizational documents, credit reports, and other relevant documentation critical to a proper credit analysis. Communicates and works with loan officers to ensure necessary documentation is provided prior to credit analysis. Job Responsibilities – Verifies nCino applications and related loan data for accuracy.
Assists with the preparation, documentation and processing of Small Business scoring work flow as assigned.
Assists with working capital and real estate construction monitoring as assigned.
Assist with the review of credit submissions for completeness of required financial information.
Assist with the review of borrower organizational documents, credit reports, and other relevant documentation critical to a proper credit analysis.
Assist with the reviews of borrower financial statements, tax returns and other relevant financial information in order to perform underwriting due diligence.
May assist with the preparation of loan packages which includes household summaries, loan summaries, transaction explanation, project and global cash flow analysis, guarantor analysis and credit recommendation.
May assist with the collection, tracking, verification and documentation of loan covenants request.
Demonstrates satisfactorily progresses on a path toward promotion to a Commercial Credit Analyst I.

Ability to operate a keyboard if required performing the essential job functions.
Ability to read and interpret a document.
Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.
Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
