This position is ONSITE! Responsible for preparation ofthird-party cost reports. Provide support during third-party auditsincluding documentation and analysis. Maintain knowledge of currentregulatory environment. Work with management to implement reimbursementstrategies and prepare various financial analysis. All responsibilitieswill be conducted in a manner that exhibits the Integritus Healthcaremission, vision, and core values. Salary based on experience.

• Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for timely and accurate filing of Medicare andMedicaid cost reports.
• Prepare and maintain all information needed forcost report filing current.
• Maintain working relationships withauditors and fiscal intermediaries, providing requested information,supporting documentation.
• Review and process final audit adjustmentsfor accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in the preparation of Regulatoryappeals.
• Prepare special cost studies as directed.
• Perform variousother analytical duties as directed.
• Provide guidance and assistanceto management and other staff as appropriate.
• Work with management toimplement reimbursement strategies.
• Attend webinars and seminars asneeded.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterlyreports
• Complete various components of budgets.
