1 year Responsibilities Perform monthly review of the IT project portfolio Gather all FTE, OpEx and CapEx data for the quarterlyreforecasts Calculate, apply and track monthly accruals Work with Project Managers to ensure Planisware is updated for allprojects on a weekly basis Produce monthly portfolio review presentation Provide support to the BIMs (business information managers) duringthe annual planning process Work with Commercial IT leadership on detailed budget requests andissues Review all project change controls to assess impact on projectportfolio Generate special budget and portfolio reports Work with Finance on changes to budgets Track unfunded projects/expenses Support Head of Centralized Portfolio Management on specificportfolio and operational improvement needs
