What You?ll
Do:
- Manage the monthly salesforecasting reporting process using Excel Pivot tables, AdaptivePlanning Software and PowerBI.
- Assist in the yearly budgeting processand monthly forecasting process
- Track expenses and revenues vs. budgetand reforecast and analyze fluctuations
- Prepare monthly financialreports
- Perform financial forecasting, cost modeling, reporting, andoperational metrics tracking
- Maintain budget and reforecast informationin Adaptive Planning
- Assists with analyses, development ofrecommendations, regular statistical reporting.
- Analyze past results,perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations forimprovements
- Assist in the transformation of the sales and financialreporting process from historical only data to real time actionableresults using PowerBI and other ERP related reporting mechanisms
- Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models asneeded
- Audit monthly financial records to identify price discrepancies,budget inaccuracies or cost savings beneficial to the overall financialsuccess of the company
Requirements/What You Bring:
- Bachelor?s degreein accounting, Finance or Economics required
- 3-5 years? experience inreporting, consolidation and financial analysis.
- Experience inretail/food & beverage industry a plus
- Accounting/GAAP knowledge-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & PowerBI
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong initiative andability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow throughskills
- Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical-Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analyticalskills
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamicenvironment
