This role is a key member of the global treasury team and will support strategic and operational treasury activities with a primary focus on treasury systems and design of process. The Principal Analyst will report to Treasury leadership and will be expected to collaborate with the finance and accounting teams all over the world as we drive consistent processes across the organization amid accounting and treasury systems updates.

Responsibilities:

Support treasury technology solutions ecosystem design and implementation by serving as key contributor in the related initiatives Prepare and maintain documentation of treasury processes/procedures, analyzing existing processes and workflows for opportunities for automation, streamlining, and improved efficiency Facilitate and drive cash flow forecasting, cash positioning and intercompany payments activities Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports such as cash/investments and indebtedness positions to senior leadership Support monthly accounting activity for Treasury processes (investments, FX exposure hedging, debt, intercompany loans) Experiences Required Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. 5+ years of Treasury or Treasury Systems implementation experience Strong knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and other treasury tools and familiarity with implementations. General and systematic understanding of Treasury processes, like Liquidity Management, Payments, Investments, Debt, FX trading, etc. Knowledge of bank connectivity alternatives (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting) Proven communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information and influence stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and project management skills For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce

1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $122,250 to $183,375. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors. This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
