Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BusinessAnalyst with expertise in Investment Management to join our team. Theideal candidate will have a deep understanding of investment processes,financial instruments, asset management, passive investment, andportfolio management. As a key member of our Data Platform team, youwill play a vital role in analyzing business requirements, implementingsolutions, and optimizing processes related to the new Data Platform.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with investmentprofessionals, portfolio managers, and stakeholders to gather anddocument business requirements related to investment data strategies,risk management, and performance analysis.

Data Analysis:

Utilizequantitative analysis to assess investment performance, risk exposure,and market trends.

Portfolio Management Support:

Provide analyticalsupport for portfolio management activities, including trade execution,rebalancing, and optimization.

Investment Process Optimization:

Identifyopportunities for process improvement within the investment lifecycle.

Implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce operational risk, andstreamline workflows.

Performance Reporting:

Develop and generateregular reports on investment performance, attribution, and other keymetrics. Work with reporting tools and systems to present data in aclear and insightful manner.

Technology Solutions Implementation:

Collaborate with IT teams to implement technology solutions that supportthe data platform.

Stakeholder Communication:

Facilitate communicationbetween investment teams, business units, and technology teams. Ensure ashared understanding of investment-related requirements, challenges, andsolutions.

Documentation and Training:

Document data relatedrequirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business,Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is aplus. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the investmentmanagement industry. In-depth understanding of investment processes,financial instruments, and portfolio management. Strong quantitative andanalytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling.

Knowledge of risk management principles and practices in the context ofinvestment portfolios. Experience with investment management systems,reporting tools, and technology solutions. Excellent communication,collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Relevantcertifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
