Accounts Payable Coordinator Location:

On-site | Lewiston, Maine Andwell Health Partners is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our dynamic Finance team. This role is instrumental in managing accounts payable processes, including invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor communication. The ideal candidate will excel in reconciliation and reporting, deposit handling, budget support, and compliance. Accounts Payable Management:

Enter and maintain invoices, process payments (credit card, ACH, check), ensure timely vendor payments, and take cash discounts. +

Reconciliation and Reporting:

Prepare monthly credit card statement reconciliation, assist with AP accruals, and review General Ledger accounts for discrepancies. +

Deposit Handling:

Count and log cash deposits, enter daily ACH deposits, and log checks for electronic deposits. +

Budget and Compliance Support:

Assist in budget preparation, grant compliance, and reporting requirements. +

Vendor and Fixed Assets Management:

Communicate and resolve vendor invoice issues, identify and obtain W9s, and assist in identifying fixed assets during the AP process. What You’ll Bring +

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). +

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or a nonprofit setting. + Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial transactions. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated accounting systems. + Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
