Operations Processor at Robert Half in South Portland, Maine, United States Job Description Description We are in search of an Operations Processor to join our team based in South Portland, Maine. You will be primarily tasked with processing data and customer support. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch support.
• Process customer credit applications with a high level of accuracy.
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit information.
• Use ADP and ERP systems for various data processing tasks.
• Ensure smooth operation of check processing and bill payment systems.
• Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships effectively. Requirements
• Proficiency in Data Processing is expected
• Experience with Check Processing is necessary
• Must be comfortable handling Bill Payment tasks
• Customer Support skills are a must-have
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work according to demand
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy is required
• Strong communication skills to interface with clients effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of basic computer software like Microsoft Office Suite
• Must possess a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
