job summary: Tatum by Randstad is actively hiring a Treasury Analyst to support our client’s accounting team during a short-term leave. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong Excel skills and experience with NetSuite. Compensation:
$30 – $35/hr. with flexibility based on experience location: Pacific, Missouri job type: Contract salary: $30 – 35 per hour work hours: 8 to 5 education: Unknown experience: 3 Years responsibilities: Ensure daily cash application and reconciliation to appropriate bank and GL accountsMonitor incoming AR, resolve discrepancies, and research unapplied or misapplied paymentsCommunicate with Collections department on payment status and follow-up itemsMonitoring and matching bank transactions for reconciliationsPerforming advanced data analysis and audits within (NetSuite) and workflowsPreparing annual filings and producing various weekly, monthly, and quarterly treasury and payables reports for internal and third-party stakeholdersSupporting month-end close processing as it relates to treasury, including preparing and reviewing journal entries and general ledger reconciliationsPerforming advanced system audits and order management data validation to ensure timely, comprehensive, and accurate processingAssisting with integrating company acquisitions, specifically the transfer of bank accounts and treasury transitions to banking structuresSupporting the development, implementation of, and monitoring adherence to company treasury policies and procedures qualifications: 3+ years of accounting experience in a treasury-focused roleFull understanding of accounting ERP and workflows, with expert ability to monitor transactions, perform advanced data analysis and auditsProficiency with Excel (large data sets, pivot tables, lookups, etc.)Previous NetSuite experience highly desiredMust be able to work a hybrid schedule in Pacific, MO Apply today or email your resume to us directly if you’re available for a short-term project and ready to make an immediate impact!
