Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and analysis to support organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to collaborate across departments and provide actionable insights for leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dynamic forecasting models to support annual budgets, cash flow projections, and inventory planning.
- Collaborate with executive leaders to present executive summaries and strategic insights for decision-making.
- Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify opportunities for cost management and profitability enhancement.
- Create and refine KPI reports to track performance against organizational objectives.
- Utilize data mining techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Support cross-functional teams by aligning business objectives with data strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and forecasting activities.
- Leverage CRM and business systems, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Prepare revenue and sales forecasts to assist in strategic planning. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions for data modeling and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools like Crystal Reports.
- Ability to develop and present executive-level summaries and recommendations.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and inventory forecasting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
