This key leadership role is responsible for safeguarding the physical condition of assets, maximizing their financial performance, and leading on-site teams with strategic guidance and operational expertise. Key Responsibilities Asset Integrity & Maintenance Oversee on-site personnel, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality upkeep Conduct regular property inspections and recommend repairs or capital improvements Enforce safety protocols and adherence to operating specifications Marketing & Leasing Oversight Supervise leasing operations and personnel Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy Review leasing documentation for accuracy and compliance Rent & Revenue Management Oversee rent collection processes and ensure timely payments Approve rental rate adjustments based on market data Monitor occupancy and retention performance Financial Reporting & Budgeting Assist in the development of annual budgets and business plans Review and analyze monthly financial statements Approve operational expenditures and payroll in line with company policies Team Leadership & Training Recruit, train, and mentor on-site staff to meet performance standards Foster collaboration across departments and maintain vendor relationships Ensure compliance with internal policies and professional standards Administrative & Strategic Management Maintain accurate and organized property records Collaborate with external professionals on legal, tax, insurance, and accounting matters Stay informed on market trends, community relations, and industry developments Ideal Candidate Will Have Multi-site property or asset management experience Strong leadership and personnel management skills Solid financial acumen with budgeting and reporting expertise Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities A proactive mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
