- Damian Jaskolowski, Senior Manager Business Control, UPM Raflatac North America & Markets What you will do Perform detailed financial analysis on manufacturing operations, including cost structures and variance analyses Monitor production costs, labor, materials, and overhead; maintain and improve financial models Support month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting specific to manufacturing Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and ad hoc financial analyses for leadership Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency Support the budgeting and forecasting process; assist with annual plans and periodic forecasts Continuously seek process improvements within finance and manufacturing reporting Who you are You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting You have 2-5 years’ experience within a controlling or finance costs position You have well-developed communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to relate well with a wide range of colleagues and constituents Strong knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing processes You are detail-oriented and display effective organizational skills You are proficient in financial modelling and qualitative analysis, and eager to turn data into actionable information You are able to manage multiple priorities and are able to adapt to the changing demands of a dynamic business environment You have strong technical knowledge of computer software applications such as MS Office products, and multi-dimensional databases including Tableau and PowerBI You are able to work effectively as a member of a project team to achieve required results This is what we offer to you A meaningful job•We have an inspiring purpose ‘We create a future beyond fossils.
