Job Description Westrock’s Cost Analyst will be an important part of the Accounting team and will be responsible for: Analyzing monthly manufacturing variances and identifying their root causes.
Collecting data necessary to calculate and analyze monthly coffee and tea shrink percentages.
Updating Labor/Overhead factors used in current system.
Maintaining Bills of Material
Maintaining Standard Labor and Overhead Routings in future system.
Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability
Assisting in Month-End close of the General Ledger.
Conducting physical inventories and monitoring the cycle count program.
Reconciling finished goods inventories.
Performing other duties as necessary. Requisition Number

Qualification Qualifications for the position include: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business/Finance
Must have a Cost systems background with analytical skills, along with a sound understanding of accounting principles.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Experience with an ERP system (Netsuite)
Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and review of Bills of Material.
