Job Description

Finance Analyst KSM Castings USA Inc. 120 Blue Brook Drive, Shelby, NC 28150 Position holder . Prepare and process accounting entries, including non-standard entries Prepare and analyze account reconciliations and ensure reconciliations are accurate and a ppropriately supported Assist or prepare financial information and reports to support reporting requirements and/or presentations Support on-going trend analysis and the investigation of discrepancies Provide support with other accounting related activities as identified by management Assist with audit requirements Process supplier invoices for payment and all employee expense reports Check mail and distribute mail daily Deposit paper checks received at Wells Fargo Bank Strong knowledge of SAP, Particularly the Accounts Payable module including: Invoice Entry and Processing Account Reconciliation Payment processing workflows Ability to generate and analyze SAP reports (e.g., Vendor Aging Report, Payment history) Handling vendor inquiries and resolving payment issues effectively Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, especially those related to AP Knowledge of sales tax and use tax to submit to he department of Revenue online Ability to resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in processing Capacity to handle high workloads during the month end and quarter end closing Ability to prioritize urgent payments and tasks efficiently Effective communication with vendors, procurement teams, and internal departments Negotiation skills to resolve disputes when necessary Familiarity with corporate payment policies and procedures Ensures operations com ply with internal controls and audit requirements
