Summary of Job Duties:

The Fiscal and Operations Analyst provides procurement, travel, and budget support within the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (OEI) at the University of Arkansas. This role ensures efficient operations by facilitating procurement processes, providing budget support, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring compliance with university policies. Working closely with program managers and the OEI team, this position will facilitate timely execution of agreements, procurement, invoicing, and travel arrangements, contributing to the smooth functioning of OEI programs.
This position requires on-site engagement and may involve occasional evening or weekend work to support event needs.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
At least three years of experience in procurement, budget management, or financial operations
Proficiency in using financial and administrative software, including Workday or comparable systems
• Applicable equivalencies may be considered in lieu of the above qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least three years of experience with university procurement processes and contract management
Proficiency with Excel and Workday
Experience managing travel logistics, especially for teams or groups
