You support our team as Finance Graduate Program Responsibilities Provide financial analyst support to your assigned business group Learn financial and ERP systems deployed within the Group and learn group internal control systems and support improvement initiatives Prepare, monitor, and evaluate P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement Support general finance activities including but not limited to, account reconciliations, monthly, quarterly and year-end closings, financial underwriting, what-if analysis, budget process, and other activities as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field 6+ months of practical finance experience through internships or academic projects Good knowledge of financial tools such as Excel, SAP or Hyperion Financial Management Ability to work in multi-cultural context Willingness to travel up to 50% Some of your Benefits 401K Match Save for retirement with the company’s help.
