CORE REQUIREMENTS
Experience:

3-5 years in an accounting or financial analysis role

Skills:

Strong accounting and analytical skills Financial acumen and general business savvy Commitment to ensuring client remains fiscally sound Must be in Novant hiring footprint – NV, WY, OK, MI, IN, VA, NC, SC, FL, GA, AL, MS, LA

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Accounting background Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and leadership capabilities Knowledge of journal entries, accruals, and the reasoning behind them Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Suite

WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE

M&A experience (from the accounting/reporting side) Healthcare industry experience (not required but a plus)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform journal entries and manage fixed assets Solid understanding of general accounting and closing books Execute end-to-end accounting processes Review P&L for all cost centers under reorganized IT structure (by 4 towers) Identify and address financial issues, report to Jason Work with capital and fixed assets
