The opportunity:
The Role:
The Finance Analyst – Payroll serves as a strategic and operational link between our U.S.-based plant operations and our centralized payroll function in Honduras. This role will interact closely with external payroll service providers (such as ADP) and support the implementation and optimization of payroll-related technologies and systems. The Finance Analyst – Payroll will ensure alignment between payroll transactions, labor cost control, payroll financial reporting, compliance, and employee support across 6 manufacturing plants. This person will also act as a local point of contact with HR and Manufacturing Teams, helping resolve issues quickly and accurately while supporting continuous improvement in payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
