Charlotte, NC Job Summary:
Our client in Charlotte, NC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Analyst to join their team. This entry- to mid-level role offers strong potential for professional growth in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices. Assist with job costing entries, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping. Maintain organized filing systems for historical invoices, bills, and financial statements. Verify the accuracy of financial reports, transactions, and account postings. Respond promptly to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Identify and reconcile discrepancies in accounting records.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience (AP/AR) will be considered. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
