This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team with a proven history of success in commercial real estate investment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic asset management plans for office buildings, including leasing strategies, financial performance optimization, capital improvements, and value creation initiatives. Collaborate closely with leasing teams, property managers, brokers, and capital partners to drive portfolio performance and tenant satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and economic indicators to proactively implement strategies that maximize asset value. Prepare and present detailed financial reports, business plans, and investment analyses to senior leadership and investment partners. Qualifications 7-10 years of institutional asset management experience, with specific focus on office properties. Strong understanding of office leasing fundamentals and operational knowledge across key U.S. markets. Proven track record of driving performance and managing complex assets through market cycles.
