• Client Equity Operations Analyst

• Hybrid Schedule:

• After an 8-week in-office training period, transition to 3 days in-office, 2 days remote. +

• Role Overview
• This role is crucial for supporting hedge fund and prime brokerage clients, as well as institutional trade desks. You’ll provide direct operational support, focusing on reporting, trade research, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Core Responsibilities
• + Provide status updates for unaffirmed and failing trades.

+ Research reclaims, erroneous bookings, and settlements. + Perform internal reconciliation and fail research. + Follow up directly with clients and brokers to resolve aged fails. + Provide intra-day settlement status. + Conduct metrics analysis and articulate data-driven insights to various stakeholders. + Drive continuous improvement and innovation within processes. + Collaborate with front office and internal support departments (Trade Processing, Settlement, Corporate Actions, Operations Risk).

• Pay Details:

• $38.
