Commercial Claims Business Analyst We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Claims Business Analyst to support end-to-end claims operations, process improvements, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property & casualty (P&C) insurance , claims workflows, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business requirements for commercial claims processes Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and IT teams to improve system functionality Identify process gaps and recommend scalable solutions Create user stories, process flows, and business rules Support UAT, defect tracking, and production validation Work with data teams for reporting and performance insights

Required Skills:
