Job Description

  • About this role:
  • Wells Fargo is seeking a finance analyst in Wealth and Investment Management Technology /Commercial Banking & Corporate and Investment Banking Technology to help the FP&A team consolidate results, complete the close process and conduct financial, variance and trend analysis.
  • In this role, you will:
  • + Participate in Financial Planning & Analysis activities + Prepare business review materials used to present key updates to senior business leaders + Support review and analysis of outputs, including prior to process completion, and comparison outputs of these vs expectations + Perform a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization + Receive direction from manager and exercise judgment while developing understanding of policies, procedures and compliance requirements + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals + Interact with internal customers •
Required Qualifications:
  • + 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • + Ability to communicate financial and business results + Financial Planning & Analysis experience + BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting + Excellent ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, including to senior executive-level leaders + Strong technical skills including Essbase, Microsoft Office suite + Strong critical thinking skills + Sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement •Pay Range•Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $73,100.00 – $129,900.00
