This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026. As a Finance Analyst – Balance Sheet you will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing the balance sheet for the Advanced Materials business unit. You will be accountable for ensuring accurate financial reporting, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing insights to drive financial performance. Your expertise in financial thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in contributing to the success of the Advanced Materials business unit. In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the Advanced Materials business unit by providing accurate and timely thoughtfulness of the balance sheet, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance with a focus on cash and working capital.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and manage the balance sheet for the Advanced Materials business unit Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards Identify risks and opportunities and provide insights to drive financial performance Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for optimizing financial performance Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial thoughtfulness or a related field Strong thoughtfulness and quantitative skills Expertise in balance sheet thoughtfulness and financial reporting Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial thoughtfulness tools

WE VALUE

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Experience in the advanced materials industry or a related field Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication and presentation skills
