About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated individual with financial services experience to join the Liquidity Management (LM) Forecasting and Optimization team. The Liquidity Management group is responsible for identifying, measuring, managing, and controlling existing and emerging liquidity risk and reporting to senior management, the Board of Directors, and regulators. In this role the candidate will lead and support projects that focus on the management and monitoring of liquidity risk to Wells Fargo and Company. This role will include elements of modeling/forecast production, enhancements of forecasting reporting, and ad-hoc project work. In this role, you will: Lead liquidity forecasting processes, including ownership of modeling and forecast production Ensure data quality and establish controlled processes Ensure accurate recurring deliverables are completed and compliant with various treasury risk management regulatory requirements Serve as the main point of contact for short-term liquidity forecasting Continue to look for forecasting efficiencies and make recommendations to management on the forecasting approach Collaborate with other treasury teams including asset and liability management, capital management, and funding Work with risk stakeholders on forecasting reviews, including partnership with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management and Model Governance Monitor and evaluate global market conditions and provide overall advisory on treasury finance risk Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills, including balance sheet, liquidity and capital analysis Self starter who can work as an individual or as part of a broader team in both leadership and support roles Advanced MS office expertise Familiarity with liquidity regulation and requirements (LCR, NSFR, 165d, Reg YY) Experience with forecasting and modeling Experience with data management Basic knowledge of coding/database languages (SQL, Python, etc.) Experience and comfort operating in a matrixed environment, with multiple stakeholders and partners Ability to prioritize and balance workload with multiple parallel projects Additional finance certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
