Job Description:
The Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for helping ensure the company reports its financial data correctly and on time to regulators in North America. This includes reviewing data submissions related to derivatives (financial contracts like swaps) and fixing any errors or issues that come up. The analyst will analyze data discrepancies, work with other teams to resolve problems, and help keep the reporting process running smoothly. They will also stay updated on regulatory rules to make sure the company remains compliant. Support the non-financial regulatory reporting process, ensuring reports are accurate and submitted on time. Review and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and rejections from data systems related to OTC derivatives reporting. Analyze data issues such as breaks or rejections to identify root causes, and work with relevant teams to help resolve them. Assist with tracking juror management processes, ensuring records are accurate and compliance requirements are met. Prepare reports on data issues and progress in resolving them, sharing updates with internal teams. Help manage reporting obligations for commodities, rates, credit, equities, and FX derivatives to DTCC and ICE. Collaborate with other teams to address data quality issues, improve reporting accuracy, and make the process more efficient.
