Banking, Lending, & Trust (BL&T) unlocks access to Wells Fargo Bank products and services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families based on needs related to banking, custom lending, and trust services. These bank specialists leverage resources, valuable research, relationships, custom solutions, and highly tuned strategies to address clients’ unique needs and aspirations. BL&T further provides guidance on a variety of banking and fiduciary topics including investment management, general trust administration, specialty trusts, custody, tax, specialty assets, regulatory, privacy, ecommerce, deposit relationship and strategy, and business strategies. The section also provides support to the WIM Diverse Segments group, including WIM referral activity. Trust Services Trust advisors discuss the needs of HNW and UHNW clients and provide personalized advice and wealth and asset management services, including:
- Personal trust services.
- Estate services.
- Philanthropic services.
- Closely held asset management.
- Real estate and loan asset management.
- Oil, gas and mineral management.
- Legacy trust services.
- Special needs trust services.
- Managed Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA).

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Fiduciary Specialty Asset Manager to support Closely Held Asset Management within its Wealth & Investment Management division. In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in management of a moderately complex portfolio of assets within wealth client management.
Support the Closely Held Asset Management Team in managing closely held assets held in fiduciary accounts, client acquisition and relationship managementAssess risk and ensure compliance with banking regulations related to on going asset review reporting activitiesResearch and perform moderately complex tasks such as selling assets, buying assetsResolve valuation methodologies and models to derive and support pricing estimates and lead team to meet wealth client management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of banking regulations, fiduciary standards and Wells Fargo investment policyCollaborate and consult with business executives, attorneys, certified public accountants, Wells Fargo internal professionals, customers and vendors to communicate recommendations, decisions and concepts derived from research
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Fiduciary Specialty Asset Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experience with wealth management and asset managementKnowledge of finance, accounting and business valuationKnowledge of estate planningRelationship management and asset management experience in an environment serving private, high net worth clientsDemonstrated ability to develop and enhance client relationships leading to increased revenueSound judgment, problem solving, and risk assessment in the application of analytical conclusions and management recommendationsProven ability to build and maintain relationships and work effectively in a team environmentIntermediate MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to quickly learn and develop advanced level use of software systems utilized by Closely Held Asset Management ServicesSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
