The Senior Financial Analyst supports key finance functions including transactional research, audit coordination, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform financial and accounting analysis
Research compliance/reporting issues; apply accounting standards
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting
Assist with audit coordination and financial surveys
Lead or support ad hoc projects and executive requests
Promote diversity, adhere to policies, and follow process improvement principles
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (Required)
Experience
Minimum 3 years in accounting or financial analysis (Required)
Required Skills
Proficiency in Excel
Strong written and verbal communication
Advanced analytical and research skills
Solid knowledge of GAAP, especially in healthcare operations

Understanding of:

Project cost tracking and budget reporting
Capital vs. operational expenditures
Fixed assets and related depreciation/amortization

Preferred Skills:

Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to see the big picture and drive process improvements
Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
