Trade Support Analyst Location:
Charlotte, NC (Uptown) – Onsite (5 days a week mandatory) Contract to hire Job Overview We are seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, verifying, and managing trade confirmations across various financial products, including commodity derivatives, credit derivatives, equity derivatives, rates derivatives, and foreign exchange. You will play a crucial role in minimizing financial risks and ensuring accuracy in trade documentation. Key Responsibilities Draft and verify trade confirmations for multiple asset classes. Identify and resolve trade capture errors. Reconcile trade activity between system records and documentation. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to update confirmation templates. Ensure adherence to regulatory, tax, and asset class-specific market requirements. Contribute to process improvements and risk mitigation strategies. Support U.S. securities and OTC derivatives transactions. Participate in system enhancement projects and user acceptance testing. Required Skills & Qualifications Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Strong knowledge of derivative products and experience in OTC confirmation drafting. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience in Derivatives Confirmation Processing. Capital Markets Operations experience. Knowledge of OTC Derivatives or ISDA documentation.
