Job Description
Description Summary:
The Business Analyst – Sr leads assigned projects and/or provides advanced specialized consultative support to other team members for assigned business process and/or system(s) that are typically more complex and of a larger impact to the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Maintains in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications and stays current in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned application(s). + Analyzes existing processes and systems and identifies technical or procedural improvements. + Recommends business practices to optimize use of business process/system(s). + Develops operational procedures for products, services and systems. + Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements. + Develops and generates special and ad hoc reports. + Provides technical support to business unit, customers, management and other users. + Serves as liaison between software vendors and business process system users and other corporate areas. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Researches complex problems and acts independently to resolve. + May serve as lead analyst in training or projects. This is a hybrid role. You must be located near a Huntington Corporate office
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree + 5 or more years of Business Analyst experience + High School diploma and 9 years of Business Analyst experience in lieu of Bachelor Degree + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Business Analyst Data and Systems experience, highly preferred + Proficient with reporting tools and code development for SAS, Crystal, SQL and experience with Tableau, Python + Experience with Capital Markets products and applications (Wallstreet, Calypso, Kiodex, Bloomberg, Netx360) + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Macro development and support + Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment with excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and organizational skills. + Keen attention to detail. + Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions. + Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and ability to re-prioritize as appropriate. + Ability to think strategically. + Understanding of Project Management methodologies.

Compensation Range:
$57,000-$113,000 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
