WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO
Debrief – sit in on client meetings and take notes, enter notes and action items into Redtail. Meeting prep and follow-up. Track Opportunities in Redtail. Assist with onboarding new clients. Enter new clients and make updates to client profiles when needed. Run client scenarios as requested. Stay up-to-date on eMoney updates and present recommended changes to the firm. Assist with 401k participant inquiries & requests. Website assistance / making account updates (COA, email, phone), contributions, fund allocation changes. Reporting of contribution changes to payroll/office management as necessary. Assisting with completing distributions/incoming rollover requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Desire to attain CFP designation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client needs and requirements. Be a self-starter, problem solver, and goal-oriented team player. Working knowledge of Redtail and eMoney are a plus.

Starting base salary range of $50k+ based on experience, plus bonus opportunities. Health insurance with 50% of premiums paid by firm. Paid vacation days. 3.5% 401k match after 3 months of employment. One work from home Friday per month.
