Randstad is looking for Operations Processor 1 in Greenville,NC. This role supports Financial Advisors through a mix of client service and administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records. It requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Monday-Friday 08:00AM to 5:00PM salary: $17 – $18 per hour

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Assist Financial Advisor(s) colleagues with service and operational related activities such as providing service to clients via telephone, direct interaction and/or written correspondence
Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Handle office correspondence, including mail distribution and email management.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating repairs and orders as needed.
Schedule and prepare for appointments with new or prospective clients
Execute various administrative functions for the Financial Advisor(s) and Branch Management including, Establish and maintain filing and record keeping necessary to support efforts to service and grow client relationships Skills
