Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Financial Analyst position. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of the operating, payroll, and depository cash accounts, including cash positioning, opening/closing accounts, signatory changes, and reporting cash. Coordinates and communicates with other departments regarding Treasury matters. Assists with the administration of online banking products. Initiates ACH vendor payments, wire transfers, and inter-company cash transactions. Tracks and maintains all debt compliance transactions payments, letters of credit, swap agreements, re-marketing fees, and bond agreements. Prepares general ledger entries related to interest expense and interest accruals. Maintains relationships with banking contacts. Compiles documentation for debt arbitrage calculations, and assists in the preparation of the annual budget for Acts and its affiliates. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or data analytics, or relevant work experience in cash management Minimum of four years’ experience in both budgeting and general ledger work Ability to analyze, interpret, and report financial information
