The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing the financial operations within our contracts portfolio within the org. This role will involve analyzing financial statements and making recommendations based on data gathered. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to develop PowerBI dashboards. The IT Financial Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial functioning of our IT department and the reduction of inefficient, outdated, or needless contract spend.

Responsibilities:

• Provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial operations, preferably within an IT department or related field.
• Strong knowledge of invoice management, contract management, purchase order management, accruals, variance analysis, budget management, and T&E management.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze a significant amount of data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and PowerBI.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
