Senior Financial Analyst Amivie Morrisville, NC Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, interpreting complex financial data, preparing reports for senior management, and providing actionable insights to drive business performance. A strong background in financial modeling, variance analysis, and data interpretation is essential. Hybrid (3-5 days in office per month)

Responsibilities:

Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly actual to budget analyses to support multiple stakeholders including operational and executive leadership Support month-end close processes including P&L reviews & related ad hoc analysis Coordinate cross-functionally with operations and accounting leaders to understand drivers of financial performance Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting packs Proactively understand the risks & opportunities for the business segments Identify and lead financial transformation projects related to dashboarding, month-end close, etc. CBH1

Qualifications:

2-4 years of Big 4 (or similar) accounting experience Excellent project management abilities; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proven strength in process improvement and driving efficiencies Strong attention to detail & analytical skills Ability to effectively build relationships with operational and executive leaders Proficient technical skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.) PowerBI experience is a plus Healthcare experience is a plus
